Shipping & Return Policy

General Policy 一般需知
  1. Shipping rate is calculated by weight at check out.

  2. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


  3. All orders will be processed within 5 business days after payment is received.


  4. If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped when all items become available. Place separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items first.

  5. Delivery is subject to delays due to processing by shipping service provider and customs clearance procedure (for international orders).


  6. We are not responsible for any damages that occurs in transit or lost packages if you decide to have the order shipped. No refunds or returns will be issued.


  7. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the shipping charges and any fees incurred in the process. The amount will be deducted from your refund. We will not re-ship the package. Re-order accordingly if needed. All damaged item(s) are non-refundable.


  8. Refunds and returns are generally not accepted unless the item(s) arrived in the following conditions:


    - Incorrect item(s) shipped 寄出錯誤貨品

    - Inherently defective item(s) 本身有缺陷的貨品

    - Item(s) become out of stock 貨品售罄

  9. In case of a return, please contact us for instructions, before sending in the package. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your request for refunds or returns.


  10. In case of a return, you will be responsible for the shipping fees and methods. We do no accept responsibility for damaged or lost shipment.


  11. We reserve the rights for final decision in case of any dispute.

Domestic Shipping
In-Store Pick-Up 工作室自取
  1. For in-store pick-up, you will be notified through E-mail when the items are ready for pick-up. Visit us during opening hours for pick-up. (Click here for opening hours)

  2. After receiving notification for pick-up, please pick up your items within 21 calendar days. After 21 days, unclaimed items will be regarded as discards. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

Domestic Shipping Within HK 香港本地郵遞
  1. We provide shipping through the following services:
    - HK Post: Ordinary packages 香港郵政普通平郵
    - HK Post: EC-Get 香港郵政易寄取

     iPostal Station pick-up 智郵站自取
      Post office counter pick-up 郵局自取

     Pay-on-delivery door-to-door delivery 到付上門派送

  2. If shipping address was left blank on your order, or if the name or location code of selected pick-up location is not clearly noted, your packages will be shipped to your billing address, or a near-by pick-up location.

  3. HK Post and SF Express only accepts packages within 20KG. Please select store pick-up or express services for packages exceeding 20KG. We do not accept responsibility when issues arise due to incorrect selection of shipping methods.

  4. Express delivery services have their own processing fees for different situations and locations. We are not responsible for any unexpected processing fee incurred.

International Shipping Outside HK 國際郵遞
  1. International shipping rate is calculated by weight at check out for the following countries:
    - Cambodia 柬埔寨
    - Indonesia 印尼
    - Japan 日本
    - Macau 澳門
    - Mainland China 中國
    - Malaysia 馬來西亞
    - Philippines 菲律賓
    - Singapore 新加坡
    - South Korea 南韓
    - Thailand 泰國
    - Vietnam 越南

  2. We provide international shipping through the following services:
    - HK Post: e-Express 香港郵政易網遞

  3. HK Post only accepts packages within 2KG. Please select store pick-up for packages exceeding 2KG. We will send you further information on alternative shipping options. We do not accept responsibility when issues arise due to incorrect selection of shipping methods.

  4. If your country is not listed above, or you prefer other shipping service providers, please contact us for alternative shipping options.

  5. Item(s) in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
